Description
One of the basic emotions many children struggle with controlling is anger. Oftentimes, the lack of self-control when you are angry causes you to do things that you will ultimately regret when the problem has been resolved.
Practicing communicating or express our feelings by means of talking or writing are two of the most popular ways to help channel these emotions. Consequently, these expressive methods may curb us from acting out in ways we may regret.
In addition to talking and writing, there are other methods that are helpful in expressing our feelings. Some of these methods include music, dance, singing, and poetry. It might be hard to know which method would be effective for you, but everyone is different which means you should use one that best fits your character.
Whichever method you choose, it is encouraged to avoid having tantrums, damaging things, cursing, or hurting people just because you are upset or angry.
Let’s join Neyla, Richard, and Lee as they learn about controlling their emotions, having self-discipline, and dealing with the sacrifices that come when facing the consequences of their actions.
